To get this badge, you need to visit Rosetta and choose the Rosetta the Critter Sitter quest, so lets do it step by step:

Go to Sunflower Gully and play with the Kitten.

Gather 30 Twigs.

Fly to Maple Tree Hill and feed the baby Chipmunk.

Fly to Dulcie's Kitchen and practice bake a batch of Acorn Cookies.

Fly to Coppers's Tinkering Nook to practice tinker a Leaf Blanket.

Fly to Springtime Orchard and find the box of Tidy Bunny Fur Soap.
Fly to Pumpkin Patch and 12,000 points playing Harverst Hustle.


And done you have a new badge:
